Title: Hawkeye
Artist: [personal profile] goss
Rating: PG?
Fandom: Marvel
Characters/Pairings: Clint Barton
Content Notes: The prompt was taken from Challenge #17: Disability Diversity. Drawn using lead pencil and purple coloured pencil. This is Clint Barton, aka Hawkeye, wearing his hearing aid. This was sketched and shaded in a traditional manner, with a touch of the Fraction/Aja comicbook style thrown in. :)

Created for Day 8 of [community profile] drawesome's 10 Day Drawing Challenge.

Title: Santa Monica
Artist: dirty diana
Rating: SFW
Fandom: Agent Carter
Characters/Pairings: Daniel Sousa
Content Notes: brush pen art for the #17 - Disability Diversity challenge. I figure swimming is probably out of the question with the 1940s prosthesis but Sousa can still enjoy the California view? Also I did fashion research and discovered that Hawaiian shirts were genuinely a thing at the time, and not just the AC wardrobe department happily trolling Enver Gjokaj.

...because I couldn't decide on one character.

Title: Challenge 17 sketches
Artist: mekare
Rating: G
Fandom: Due South, Slings&Arrows, Marvel
Characters: Diefenbaker, Renfield Turnbull, Geoffrey Tennant, Clint Barton
Content Notes: I used one of the pens I got in my March scrawlrbox which I had previously ignored because I didn't really know what to do with it. Turns out it is a lot of fun to use because you can never quite control what colour will come out (it has yellow, blue and red). Clint I did with a tinted graphite pen (I got that one in the last box) in aubergine. I couldn't resist adding Geoffrey too, especially as I'm watching season 3 of Slings&Arrows where he starts therapy because of his unconctrollable bursts of crying. Well, and because he's Geoffrey - irresistable.
Okay and for those who don't know, Diefenbaker is deaf, Turnbull is 'eccentric' to say the least (there isn't an official diagnosis on the show apart from 'his brain resembles Swiss cheese'), Geoffrey's whole story circles around his past big nervous breakdown in season 1 (and I'm still waiting for the final season to find out if spoiler )) and Clint is 80% deaf in the comics.

Title: Grant Jansky (on my AO3)
Artist: [personal profile] mific
Rating: G
Fandom: Traders/SGA crossover
Characters: Grant Jansky
Content Notes: No AO3 warnings apply. Painted for the Disability Diversity challenge - I've gone for psychological disability as Grant's neuroatypical. The show got his diagnoses utterly wrong, but he definitely has Asperger's, and he's also had an occasional psychotic break under stress. In the story that inspired the art Grant is Rodney's cousin, and of course, in canon he's also a genius. (David Hewlett plays both characters).
