Content Notes: This is painted on a small wooden stool that my son made at a Home Depot kids class. I plan to paint the whole stool, but this is all I have time to get done for this month's challenge. I'll post the rest of the stool once I get it done. Acrylics on wood.

Summary: On a mission gone wrong John and Rodney pissed off the locals who locked them up and took all their stuff - but at least they still have each other.
Notes: For the current challenge to create an artwork on an alternative surface. Drawn with coloured pencils on corrugated cardboard. The cardboard wasn't very thick so I had to make a hole in it and do the drawing on an extra piece of cardboard, glued on behind.

Create a drawing on an alternative surface.

Draw on an unconventional surface - one that is completely different to your usual blank paper or canvas. The contours, patterns and background colours of different surfaces can help spark your creativity. Some ideas for fun alternative surfaces:

corrugated cardboard
old map

fabric
wall
dried leaves
ceramic cup or bowl
wooden box
hand
sidewalk
