This is really cute and I like the colors and patterns! One small thing, just as an fyi, though, culturally Japanese people always wear kimono with the left side covering the right. It's only reversed for dead people, which I don't think that's what you intended? If so, then ignore me. :)

All these years looming at woodblock prints and real people, and I did not notice that. Thank you for pointing this out to me!

Since the poetess is actually deceased I will emulate a cat and pretend this was on purpose. :) Seriously, though, thank you. I'll remember for next time.
