Hey there! I'm Goss. *waves*

Thank you for joining [community profile] drawesome! [personal profile] mific and I will be your administrators in this multi-fandom drawing community. We're looking forward to your input in making this an interactive, lively place. :)

So here's a fun way to introduce yourself, and get things going in the comm:

Introduce Yourself
Talk about or doodle a quick drawing, based on one or more of the prompts listed below. Post it in the comments section.

1. Favourite Fandom(s)
2. Something you cannot live without
3. Flag of the country where you're from
4. Favourite hobbies (other than drawing *g*)
5. Something you dislike
6. A song that's stuck in your head
7. Something you miss
8. A favourite quote
9. Something within your eyesight
10. Whatever you want

Let's get drawing! \o/

Hi there! I am determined to comment here to introduce myself even if I don't have any cute doodlies on hand. (Although please see my icon, which is hand-drawn)

My art time is almost all taken up with a big tarot deck project right now, so I may be mostly lurking since it sounds like this comm is going to be focused on fan art? But I am very much looking forward to seeing what fannish things people make! :)

My favoritest fandom thing is Bucky Barnes (with or without Steve), and current shows I am watching include The Librarians, Doctor Who, and Orphan Black. I also just finished reading the last book in the Fitz and the Fool trilogy by Robin Hobb, and I may be tempted to do some watercolor art of those two after I finish my current WIP.

Nice to meet you all! :D

Yay BUCKY! I remember reading that Robin Hobb series a while ago and it was excellent. I'm also a huge Tarot fan and am often planning decks. I did one in The Losers fandom for a Big Bang. Is there a theme to the deck you're working on?

Haha, that's a fun and complicated question. :)

I usually describe my project as a Tarot deck because it's a useful point of reference, but the library of cards in it is not the same as a standard deck (though there are a couple overlaps with the Rider-Waite Tarot). A friend and I developed it as part of a tabletop RPG game, and I have been slooooowly illustrating it. These are the ones I have completed so far: http://korafox.deviantart.com/gallery/37712543/Griorgair-Noema
