Based on this utterly amazing photo, which shows a local member of the Orisha (or Shango) faith taking part in the Oshun River Festival. In the photo, they have made offerings and are paying homage to Oshun, the river deity.

That's gorgeous! Since there's a timelapse I'm assuming digital? Because it LOOKS like oil pastels and it's really pretty.

Thanks! Yes, it's a digital - I made it using the pencil tool, and approached it like I would a coloured pencil drawing. But you're right, the result absolutely looks like oil pastels. Cool! ^__^
