By the way, how did you do the splatter effect without hitting the negative space figures? I‘d love to try something similar!

I used masking fluid (sometimes called frisket) and silicon-tipped brushes to save my nice ones.

The masking fluid I used was Peebo Drawing Gum, and the silicon brushes are by Meeden. There's lots of different masking fluid brands out there.
