Content Notes: I cheated a bit and made Natasha's hair its normal red, but the rest is black / white, so hopefully it works! It was definitely fun to get out of my comfort zone a bit. I wish I went a little bolder and used flats instead of smushy shading. The inability to play with the saturation was also a little frustrating to me -- guess that's something I'm used to being able to toggle! Next time I think I'd like to try something like 4-5 colors on the same gradient but maybe more/less saturated in addition to darker.

Spoiler Warning for Avengers Endgame, which I have a lot of saltiness for.

Aww, Steve and Nat! <3 Great entry for the challenge! The reddish tint in Nat's hair definitely works well with the other neutrals.

Also, glad that you've jumped right into posting! I'm really enjoying seeing everyone's take on it. :) BTW, I created an artist tag for you to use, and am also adding on the relevant community tags to this post.

oh yay, thanks! Yeah, I picked a pretty saturated orange, and was like "should I dial it back?" but then decided not to. A fun thing about doing it digitally has been that I can just change the paper color, or remove it altogether, which leads to interesting results.

Yeah, I tried adding the tags, but probably did them wrong. ^^;;; Thank you!

Aw, I love it, and the colour scheme really works with the other-worldly scene and Red Skull's presence. Go Steve and Nat! I liked the little nod to Sam being the new Cap, as well. :D

yeah, I was honestly surprised at how well the orange worked. :) And I'm *really* glad that the dialogue in that panel ended up cooperating -- there was an earlier draft where I tried to squeeze in that nod to Sam in the last panel and it didn't work, so then I dropped it. But it miraculously came back in the penultimate panel, so yay!

I haven't watched this movie but I love how you captured their faces, and the backgrounds are so nicely evoked!

Thanks! I hate drawing backgrounds so I try to do as little of it as possible. (And also an over-detailed background can detract from the foreground...)
