This is the third in our series of Diversity challenges. When sketching the human figure, young and middle-aged adults tend to be the most prominently portrayed age group. The goal of this particular challenge is to break out of defaulting to that age range when drawing, and instead focus on others who also make up a significant percentage of the population (ie. babies, children, mature adults and the elderly).

Drawesome Challenge 16 - Age Diversity

Challenge #16: Age Diversity

Create a drawing featuring someone either very young or very old.

Challenge yourself to draw an age group that you've rarely attempted portraying, or one that you would like to see more widely represented in media. The comment section of this post may be used for discussion of the prompt (ie. ideas, suggestions, questions, etc.).

A round-up post for submissions to this challenge will be done on Saturday 28th April, 2018.

Happy Drawing, everyone! :)

Since I unknowingly did an old person for this challenge already *g*, I’m going to try kids, which I’ve rarely attempted (my only efforts were Dick Grayson years ago). And my brain immediately came up with Peggy&Steve&Bucky kid!AU. What would they have been like growing up together?

Do you think I should resubmit Boothby under challenge 16 instead of 15?
