Resources: Subscription boxes 2

I meant to post this last month - ops!

My second ScrawlrBox came with a little box of 6 black liner pens, a blue pen and a gold pen as well as a postcard, a couple of blank papers, compass-thingie with pencil and a SCRAWLRBOX sticker.



As you can see the above, there are different sizes of the black liner pens which I really like and I look forward to using them in future drawing challenges. I am not sure what to do with the blue pen or gold pen, hopefully there will be a flash of inspiration for me to use them at some point in the future.

While I am quite happy with my black liner pens, I am slightly disappointed with the rest of the box but hopefully the third box will make it up, and it should be waiting for me when I get home from my mother's tomorrow so will probably make another post with pictures etc sometimes over the next week.

This is one of the reasons I'm resisting subscribing - I already have drawers full of more pens and art supplies than I could use in my lifetime and this would just add to the pile. Having said that.... I LOVE art supplies. LOL

The pens look nice! Maybe you can use the blue and/or gold to do monochrome + one colour? (In case I'm not being clear, here's an example.)

Ha, t seems I missed a couple of posts in December. Black liners are always useful, esp if they are disposable but I agree, I would have been a bit disappointed with this box as well.
Oh and regarding your blue and black pen, I have two of those as well and did a star Trek art with them in January: https://mekare.dreamwidth.org/81600.html. Have you tried them out yet?
