Not much going on on the art front this past month, as I've been completely swamped with RL responsibilities. But things are finally slowing down a bit now, so I'm looking forward to holiday card making this week, probably using watercolours, which I haven't done in some time. ^__^

I made SOME fanart for fun. I discovered I like drawing Batman chars.

Mostly I worked on original works. Practice stuff and stuff for fun. Perspective, comic pages, chickens.... All that good shit.

I found the box with most of my art supplies. I've concluded that I'm not going to use the acrylics any time soon, and they are going to a friend who has been painting quite a bit lately, and discovered that some of their paints aren't any good any more.

I'm now looking at the watercolours, and my sketchbook, and trying to work out what I want to paint. I might have to go watch some videos to get inspired, so if anyone has any tutorials for watercolours to recommend, I'm absolutely interested.

I've been getting the last few bits of part two figured out and drawn out with my comic Promised Memories. So that's been a nice feeling. This week I am taking a break due to some social things going on this week with my birthday.
In the future once I get my comic part 3 started I'm going to slow down a bit on that and try to get back into working with different mediums. Like pastels, water colors and acrylics again.

Whoops! Originally posted thinking this was a different community. My bad. Well, there was a tumblr challenge called Blorbovember where there was a prompt every other day. The goal was to draw 15 different characters throughout the month. And, somehow, I accomplished this! (I say somehow because I'm not very good at sticking to art challenges.) I'm super proud of myself and the drawings I made.
