Oh, and also - the way to set the size of the thumbnails (as the Drawesome rule is thumbnails should be only max. 200 px in width or height) is with this coding in the html posting field: <img(insert a space here)src="link to pic" width="200"> (or you can put height-"200" in) (code written with a space to be removed so it shows as code not a link)
Or if you use the DW rich text posting interface, when you add the pic link to the field after clicking the pic icon, you will see width and height options below. Just write in the longest side (H or W) in one of them as 200 and it'll automatically add the other, in proportion.
