(I’m posting this now in case anyone is interested in the course(s) I am taking; they are only available until the end of the month. You can find details on my journal)
I’m a relative newcomer to painting, though I’ve done other forms of art (photography, photo manipulation) for some time.
I acquired Painter 2020 in the Humblebundle and through watching the brushpack tutorials, stumbled across Karen Bonaker and initially signed up only for the Sumi-e course.
(You cand find my daily posts, many with examples, on the Artober tag on my journal. I did not finish a painting every day, but I worked on something most days, other than when my graphics tablet broke.)
Here's an exercise I did today, which is much more confident and much looser than anything I could have produced at the beginning of the month.

Title: Sumi-e Flower exercise

Content Notes: Digital Watercolour/ink. This is an exercise from a course I'm taking, so the concept is not my own.
