It’s part of an alien ship. On the show, it’s this organic, lumpy mass of translucent glass. Mostly I just focused on showing a piece missing without getting too bogged down by it.

Great drawing! Love the composition with all the geometric shapes and sepia tones, and especially the guy with the curly hair. I am kind of curious about the show now...

Wanted to update the RNM rec: The finale was not good, IMHO, and it torpedoed all the best parts of the show. It's like the showrunner saw happy people and deliberately went out of their way to cause pain. (And did it with poor craftsmanship.) I'm pulling my rec. And probably won't draw these guys again, which breaks my heart.
