This was inspired by Panisdead's story Ascension World: A Place for Children where the nasty possibility of aquatic Wraith is raised. So here's an AU version of the Keeper - the Wraith queen from Rising.
Summary: The last thing any diver wants to find is a Wraith Queen lurking in the kelp.
