I like the colours and their typically CSI poses - standing around examining the evidence and discussing it. :)

If you want to get in practice at drawing faces using digital drawing, why not draw over photo references? You might feel like it's cheating, but it's really useful for training your hand eye coordination, and training your brain to really 'see' the features.
Also there are some really good tutorials on Youtube for how to draw each different facial feature - what to look for and what to avoid.

I agree with Amber! Tracing lines from references could be a good way to get a feel for the angles and planes of the human face and body.

Think of it like tracing the alphabet on dotted lines as a kid, before writing on your own. Nothing wrong with it as a practice method, until you get a feel for the motions. :)

CSI! Cool. The poses came out pretty good, especially in terms of body proportion. :)

But I can see why you weren't 100% happy with the faces. Those can be challenging, they always take me the longest to get right, especially the noses. If you find step-by-step videos helpful, here's a pretty good one with tips for drawing faces at various angles, and another for tips on drawing noses.

Great to see you taking part in all these challenges. \o/
