Empanadas! I have never actually tried one, but the way you speak about it makes me want to go investigate immediately. ^___^

The great thing about empanadas is that there's such a huge variety. Like, the first kind I ever came across was ground beef with raisins? But the ones my aunt made were chicken and cheese, with a slice of hard boiled egg in the middle of each, plus a vegetarian option for my sister... so like, if you run across one that sounds un-palatable, someone somewhere uses something you'll probably like, I've now seen them with just about everything...
